Return Policy and Refunds 

Pre-Orders

Applies only to products that check out using the "pre-order" checkout button. Exact shipping date subject to change.

              All Pre-Orders will be fully refundable up to 20 days prior to the order shipping. The assumed shipment date will be         

              specified within an address confirmation email you will receive 4 months prior the approximate shipping window.

30 Day Return Policy

Applies to all standard items

              › As long as the product is in its original packaging with everything included, and no

                 tags are removed. We will accept back any product you have purchased.

              › Silent Chains Basket Upgrades - Light testing is allowed, but the item must not show excessive wear or damage.

                         (example: Any cuts, gouges, holes, or chips in the outer Impact Absorbers. Unusual fraying or tearing of any cords.     

                                                           Product separation due to perceived misuse - IE: hanging or swinging.)​

              › Refund will be sent out after we received and evaluated your return.

              › Submission of return request is within 30 days of mail carriers posted delivery date.

                               › We offer free returns to the U.S.

                               › Refund will be sent out after we received your return

                               › Sorry, for the time being. Customers outside of the US are expected to pay for return shipping
